Delete your GrowFleet Go account

GrowFleet Go, by Apps 365 Ltd. You can delete your account at any time, in the app or here on the web.

First we email you a sign-in link (we only ever send it to the address the account was set up with). Then open More and choose Delete my account now.

What happens

If you have never bought a pack, your account is deleted straight away: it is closed, every device signed in to it is signed out, and its posts and photos are deleted from our live systems. Our backups roll off within 30 days.

If you have bought a pack, deleting starts a request: a person checks any pack we are still making for you - nothing you paid for is cancelled without asking you - then deletes the account within 28 days and emails you when it is done.

We keep the record that you agreed to the GrowFleet Go terms, as evidence of that agreement, and order records the law requires. Our privacy notice has the detail.
